Carcillo, 25, had filed for salary arbitration last week. "We are happy to have Dan under contract for the 2010-11 season," said Philadelphia general manager Paul Holmgren. Carcillo posted 12 goals and 10 assists over 76 games with Philly last season, his fourth in the NHL. His 207 penalty minutes ranked fourth in the NHL.
